Part Time Credit Controller (Interim) – Gainsborough - £25,000 - £30,000 (FTE)
 
Our client a highly successful, fast growing business based near Gainsborough is looking for Part time Credit Controller to join this busy finance team, for an initial minimum 3-4 months with the potential of longer term for the right person. This is an integral role within their finance function to support with the credit control process for a large number of accounts within their busiest periods.

Ability to do PT hours over 5 days to fit in with school hours or family commitmentsInterim Part Time Credit Controller responsibilities include:
Chasing overdue debt on phone and email to maximise cash collection and agreeing payment plans
Managing a number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
Raising credit notes and sending out statements
Setting up new customer accounts including credit checking and agreeing credit term
Process direct debt payments
Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queriesThe right candidate?   
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Must be IT literate including in Excel
