A Kent-based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

?Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.
? Completing HMO inspections under The Housing Act 2004 and HHSRS guidelines.
? Preparing evidence for court tribunals and hearings.

This is a 3 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections.
