Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Fit Out Site Manager to work for our client's Leisure refurbishment project near Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full refurbishment of a Leisure Facility, experience in this is essential.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

* 1st Aid at Work certification

* Asbestos Awareness certification

* Fire Marshall

Responsibilities:

* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met

* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site

* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel

* Report project progress to the main contractor

* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:

£260 - £270 per shift
