The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their talented team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, environmental practices, and quality control are met across a wide range of exciting projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the project teams to maintain compliance, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of these award-winning landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing SHEQ strategies across diverse projects, ensuring full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.

* Supporting project managers and teams in implementing SHEQ best practices.

* Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

* Promoting a proactive SHEQ culture across the organization.

* Working with senior management to drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

About You:

* Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager in the construction or landscape sectors.

* Strong knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and best practices.

* Ability to influence and promote a positive SHEQ culture across teams.

* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

* Passion for delivering high standards and ensuring the well-being of teams on site.
