We are looking for Assistant Care Managers with -

First Hand experience in Care Industry

You will need to Undersatand CQC (Care Quality Commision)regulations.

Organise employee rotas and develop care plans in line with peoples needs and preferences.

Positive Attitude and ability to work with others.

A good understanding of CQC regulation and how to apply these in practice

Supervisory Experience

Demonstrable Hands on Experience in Delivering Care to Adults.

Developing and reviewing care plans in line with peoples needs and preferences.

Experience of organising staff rotas and scheduling of care calls.

Hours - 35 hours per week,to work on a rota which includes weekends
