Job type: Hybrid (3 days from office)

Contract duration: 12 months

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Signage & Partnerships Manager based in the Commercial Marketing & Digital team.

* The purpose of this hands-on Heathrow based role is to support major projects (eg: Next Gen Security, Car Parking rebrand, Retail Programmes and other CAPEX projects) with the delivery of the dressing, signage and wayfinding

* This is an ideal role for a professional self-starting team player with confidence to manage stakeholders on all levels across Heathrow - Solutions, Infrastructure, Marketing & Digital, Comms, Customer Proposition, Media, Digital, Retail, Surface Access, Property, Sustainability, Services, Operations and Heathrow Express

* The successful candidate must demonstrate strong multi project and stakeholder management experience, have a good understanding of brand protection, effective governance, an eye for design, exceptional communication, and organisational skills.

* This exciting and varied role includes:

o Managing signage for major projects to ensure end to end alignment

o Support the delivery of cutting-edge signage innovation

Qualifications and Experience:

* Ownership of Heathrow Dressing, Signage & Wayfinding standards

* Proven experience with complex multi stakeholder (internal/ external) project management inc budgets

* Proven experience of managing the delivery of projects end to end

* Understanding of brand and standards

* Experience in large scale business desirable

* Signage/ infrastructure experience desirable

* Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage and collaborate across all levels

* Fluent verbal, written, spoken English language proficiency

* Fluent in Microsoft programs Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
