The Opportunity for the Chartered Building Surveyor:

This role is perfect for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is confident in delivering professional advice to clients, both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You'll be responsible for providing expert services across commercial properties, ensuring client satisfaction and driving the growth of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing tender documents and administering construction contracts.
Managing dilapidations negotiations for landlords and tenants.
Handling Party Wall matters and providing cost consultancy advice.
Writing professional reports and attending client and stakeholder meetings.
Supporting business development by fostering client relationships and contributing to team success.

About You the Chartered Building Surveyor:

We're looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software is a bonus.
