We are recruiting for a Software Development Manager on behalf of a Gaming Business in Norwich.

This is an Exciting Opportunity for a skilled .NET Leader to grow their own development team and oversee the growth of a Brand-New Platform.

Previous technical expertise, people management experience and experience with the agile development process are all essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Responsibility for the Development, Architecture and Maintenance across the .NET Software platform

* Management of a team of .NET and UX Developers

* Create / promote a collaborative culture

* Ensure compliance with gaming governing bodies as required

* Work closely across several teams to align priorities and achieve shared goals

* Demonstrate strong understanding of C# / .NET Core / SQL and Azure Cloud

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
