Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing (Tier 1 Contractor)
Location: North London (2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Are you a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in the social housing sector? Join a leading Tier 1 Property Services Contractor and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reactive maintenance works across the social housing refurbishment market.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of projects with an annual value between £5m and £15m.
Manage all financial aspects of reactive maintenance works, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of cost control and commercial management.
Lead a team and provide mentoring and guidance to junior surveyors.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the social housing or property services sectors.
Strong knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates
Ability to manage a range of projects with a significant financial value.
Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and refurbishment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
