As a FLT Counterbalance Picker on our pm shift pattern, you will be based at our client at Leeds Distribution Centre WF3. Your main responsibilities will include learning how to identify products, retrieving them from racks using an FLT Combi 4000, and loading pre-picked orders.

Salary, Shift and Benefits:

* PM Shift - £26,000 per year, Monday – Thursday, 14:20 – 23:59, Friday 14:30 – 20:00

* Temp to perm after 3 months

* Three company bonuses per year

Candidate Requirements:

* Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (externally qualified)

* Ability to work independently once trained

* Physically healthy and able to perform manual handling

* Excellent English language skills (for communication over handheld radio)

* Good written and verbal communication skills in English

* Strong work ethic and teamwork ability

* Experience in loading vehicles

* Understanding that the role involves more than just moving items around with an FLT and will take 3-6 months to learn

Responsibilities:

* Identify products and retrieve them from racks using an FLT Combi 4000.

* Load pre-picked orders.
