Electrical Supervisor Position available in Birmingham on a RESIDENTIAL project.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team for an exciting residential project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to a major residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all electrical installations and maintenance on the residential project.

* Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

* Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

* Coordinate the delivery of electrical materials and equipment.

* Resolve any electrical-related issues on-site promptly and effectively.

* Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, risk assessments, and method statements.

Skills & Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

* Gold ECS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the residential sector.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and health and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
