The Company

You will be working for a well established facility within the Guildford area.

The Role

You will be working in a team and be responsible for the reactive maintenance within a facility in Guildford.

You will be undertaking planned and reactive maintenance.

You will be maintaining all mechanical systems, to current legislative requirements

You will ensure failing plant or assets are reported to the Help desk and plant areas are maintained in good condition.

3 Days - 06:00-15:00
3 Days - 14:00-23:00
3 Days - Off

Shift work

35 Days Holiday (20 Days Annual Leave + 7 University Closure Days + Bank Holidays)

You should hold these basic qualifications for your position to be successful.

- AHU. plumbing NVQ level 3/ level 2

This is a multi-skilled role so experience in other trades is necessary. There will be elements of minor carpentry and redecoration repairs.
