Our client, Legal 500 practice in Surrey, offering hybrid/agile working arrangements, seeks a driven Residential Development Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years’ PQE to join our client’s thriving firm in Surrey. The successful lawyer will provide an excellent and seamless service to existing and new clients, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of residential development matters
Assisting property development partners with their existing caseload
Business developmentThe Candidate:

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE
Solid experience in residential development matters is pre-requisite
Has outstanding communication and client care skills
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Is personable, detail orientated and client-focused
A team player with a desire for professional developmentThe Firm
