Role Overview:
As a CNC Programmer (Offline Programmer), you will have full autonomy to lead the machine shop. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who enjoys both online and offline programming from drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offline programming using CAD CAM/Fusion 360 software
- Online programming of CNC 3-axis Miller and CNC Doosan Millturn (Live tooling) with a bed length of approximately 2 meters
- Confidently programming on Fanuc (G-code) control panel
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver top-quality service
- Working with materials such as mild (carbon) and stainless steel, phosphor bronze, and aluminium
- Machining to tolerances of 0.1mm on a Fanuc control panel
- Managing the entire machining process from drawing to finished product
- Handling small batch to one-off projects across a dynamic product range

- Highly motivated with a thirst for career success
- Qualified to GCSE level or above; Apprenticeship/Time Served papers are ideal but not essential
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £37,000 - £41,000
- Working hours: 7:00 - 15:30, Monday to Thursday; 3pm Friday finish
- Overtime available Monday to Saturday at time and a half

Additional Information:
This role is also suitable for CNC Programmers, Offline Programmers, CAD CAM Engineers, and Online Programmers who are proficient in both online and offline CNC programming and are looking to lead a small, growing machine shop.
