Our client, a leading contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing costs and budgets for cladding, roofing, and facades projects from inception to completion.
Preparing accurate cost estimates, procurement strategies, and final accounts.
Conducting value engineering and cost analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborating closely with the project teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Preparing tender documents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the cladding, roofing, or facades sectors.
Strong knowledge of relevant construction contracts and cost management processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
