The Role: As an Architectural Technician, you will be an integral part of the design process, translating conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to design challenges.
Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Utilizing the latest CAD and BIM software to produce high-quality drawings and models.To qualify for this Architectural Technician role:

A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and a solid understanding of BIM processes.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
