A established data services division is looking for an inspirational leader!

To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for this company’s data service for surveys. You will lead the modernisation of this company’s data service, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and quality improvements, exploring the potential for AI and other new technologies to support this. You will be responsible for leading this company’s data strategy for quantitative survey data.

You will have a good understanding of information security and governance issues in relation to survey data.

You will be an experienced leader and will be providing leadership and guidance to our teams of specialists covering survey programming, data operations, data management, and statistics.

You’ll be a visible technical leader, leading innovation and transformation in data services.

You will bring:

A successful track record of managing large and complex data processes

Proven experience leading data strategy and transformation initiatives

Ideally candidate has access to network of expertise drawn from industry and best practice in how to effectively implement tech and AI driven systems changes

Track record of developing and leading high-performing teams of data specialists

Commitment to leading change, process improvement and fostering a positive working culture
