Team Secretary / Administrator - London, EC1
A great opportunity is currently available for a Team Secretary / Administrator, with fast, accurate audio typing, to join a small firm of surveyors in London as soon as possible.
With good PC skills, accurate audio typing, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure, you will be a key team player in this lovely company.
The role will require providing administrative support to the Surveying Team, so if you happen to have prior experience within this field, it would be hugely beneficial (although not a pre-requisite).
What we’re looking for:
* Previous secretary or office administration experience (12 months+)
* Solid PC skills with Microsoft Office including MS Excel
* Fast, accurate audio typing
* Ability to produce documents
* Experience of using Document Management Systems - experience of Deltek or Union Square is advantageous
* Experience producing documentation
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
* Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive, responsible, flexible and professional attitude
* Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously whilst under pressure
