Sphere Solutions are seeking experienced Engineering Surveyors / Surveying Engineers to join major infrastructure projects on the M3 Corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale schemes, using cutting-edge technology and contributing to key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and interpret 3D models using Trimble Works OS – no batter rails or pegs in the ground.
✅ Provide on-site design adjustments and communicate model updates to machine operators.
✅ Conduct regular as-built surveys using GPS rovers and process accurate data using LSS software.
✅ Produce cut/fill take-offs for progress tracking and commercial reporting.
✅ Ensure project compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain quality standards.
✅ Complete detailed digital inspection records on a tablet, capturing real-time progress and specification conformity.
✅ Collaborate with the project team to ensure clear communication, avoiding information silos.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as an Engineering Surveyor or Surveying Engineer.
✔ Strong understanding of machine control technology and 3D modelling with Trimble Works OS.
✔ Proficient in using LSS software for data processing and reporting.
✔ Experience conducting GPS rover surveys and producing accurate as-built reports.
✔ Sound knowledge of ITPs and digital quality management.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently on-site and adapt to changing design requirements.
