Technical Administrator - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Administrator to join a leading FM provider as part of the Shutter & Gates team, working out of their Midlands office in Redditch.

As a Technical Administrator no two days will be the same working across multiple client accounts with varying requirements, duties will include :-

* Chasing and ordering parts

* Liaising with engineers to arrange work

* Occasional scheduling of work for engineers

* Accurately recording information into relevant company system to ensure

* Assist Shutters and Gates Manager with effective budgetary management of parts and material usage

* Providing guided technical support to engineers

The starting hourly rate for the Technical Administrator is £16.55 per hour, based on working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. This vacancy is full time in the office and requires no travel to other company offices.

You must have experience working for an engineering, facilities or maintenance company but specific experience within Shutters & Gates is not required. A driving license is also required. Initially, this is a 3-month temporary position with the view of becoming permanent on a full time basis.
