Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and develop high-performing teams.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a commercially driven leader with:

Proven senior leadership experience in manufacture (manufacturing, manufacturing service, OEM), engineering or a related sector.
Knowledge of the electrical engineering sector would be highly desirable.
Strong track record in sales, business development, and strategy.
Financial acumen, including cost control and forecasting.
Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring compliance.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
