My client are a leading main contractor who work on iconic residential and commercial schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a scheme in Liverpool.

* Main contractor background

* Background managing residential/commercial projects.

* Driven and motivated attitude.

* Strong organization skills.

Duties include:

* Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.

* Holding progress meetings with the client.

* Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.

* Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.

* Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.

* Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.

* Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
