Join Us as a Projects Officer – Drive Impact & Innovation in Social Housing!

At Transform, we’re looking for a dynamic Projects Officer to lead strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance across our housing portfolio. You’ll be at the heart of projects that directly impact communities, working alongside local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to create lasting change.

Location: Leatherhead (Agile Working Available)
Salary: £35,700 per annum + benefits (pro rata for part time)
Full time: 37 hrs per week

What You'll Be Doing

You will be joining our Governance and Assurance Team, a small team of friendly people, to provide a high-quality service to our clients and colleagues. You will:

Lead & deliver impactful projects – ensuring they align with corporate strategy, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
Engage & collaborate – work with internal teams, external partners, and the community to shape innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance & governance – keeping projects aligned with regulations while managing risks effectively.
Drive operational improvements – enhancing processes, reducing costs, and boosting service quality.
Monitor, evaluate & innovate – using data and insights to measure success and shape future strategies.

It is an exciting time to our Governance & Assurance team as you’ll also be involved in delivering key projects in our Sustainability Strategy helping us to deliver net zero homes and ensure that we work towards better resource management, biodiversity and clean air in our communities

What You'll Need

Project management expertise – with experience in housing, social care, local government, or the third sector.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to collaborate, influence, and drive results.
Analytical & problem-solving mindset – using data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication – writing reports, delivering presentations, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Knowledge of housing regulations – an understanding of compliance and governance in the sector.
A basic DBS check
