Pertemps is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a knack for mechanics to join a leading Banbury-based company. In this role, you will be assembling parts, so a mechanically minded individual with prior experience in assembly work is essential. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
" Assembling parts with attention to detail and accuracy
" Using hand tools and following assembly instructions
" Inspecting parts and components to ensure high standards are met
" Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
" Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
" Previous assembly experience is a must
" Mechanically minded, with good hands-on skills
" Strong written, reading, and verbal communication skills
" Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
