* Promoting the development and adoption of the client's behavioural competencies and attitudes

* Ensuring the effectlve use of allocated resources

* Enusring all team members are aware of expectations of the services and the individual contributions expected of them

* Ensuring an equitable allocation of work to individual team members

* Developing and implementing relevant team and individual performance expectations
