Air Freight Operator

Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 19:30pm – there will be an element of flexibility for the right candidate.

Paying up to £30,000 per annum, plus Shift Allowance & Overtime.

Fully office-based in Bristol, BS35.

We are looking to recruit an Air Freight Operator to join a busy, thriving airfreight export department. Working for a Global, prestigious business.

Offering a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus shift allowance, paid overtime, 25 days holiday and excellent benefits.

Experience within Air Freight is ideal but not essential. This may be suitable for candidates with experience within Logistics or other modes of Freight, who are looking for their next step.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Handle Airfreight Export operations from start to finish.

* Take Airfreight bookings.

* Export documentation and customs entries.

* Communicating and liaising with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents and the warehouse.

* Completing and updating systems.

* Tracking and tracing through to completing the file and passing to accounts for invoicing.

The successful candidate will need to have a 5-year checkable work history and a clean criminal record
