Hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating basis)

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Production & Dispatch Operative to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing customer orders

* Booking parcels using courier despatch systems

* Handling goods in and goods out procedures

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Stock movement, rotation and re-labelling

* Manual handling tasks

* Producing product batches to specification

* Filling, labelling and packaging products to quality standards

* Operating and overseeing production machinery

* Completing batch sheets in line with set procedures

Required Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment

* Picking and packing experience essential

* Manual handling experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Forklift licence (desirable)

* Experience working with couriers and dispatch systems
