We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of tiles, including picking and assembling materials, performing quality checks, and ensuring all products meet company standards. You will be involved in manual labor tasks such as handling raw materials, operating basic machinery, and identifying any defects during the production process. Your focus will be on maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring the highest level of quality in all finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the production of tiles, following standard operating procedures.

* Pick and prepare materials for production as needed.

* Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure product consistency.

* Perform manual tasks such as material handling, sorting, and packing.

* Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

* Ability to perform manual work and lift heavy items.

* Attention to detail and a focus on quality control.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
