Responsibilities in your new role as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations while leading, motivating, and training the team to uphold exceptional standards. You will play a key part in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience, staying informed on the latest food and beverage trends to enhance the restaurant’s offerings. Additionally, you will drive team performance and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for a skilled financial analyst with a degree-level education and experience in a commercial business environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in report writing using Microsoft Power BI, creating dashboards linked to business KPIs, and delivering insights through data analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with an understanding of data inter-relationships across systems, are essential. The role requires strong analytical abilities to extract, interpret, and present data accurately and effectively. We value individuals who set high standards, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent time management.
