Are you a talented Senior Town Planner ready to make your mark at one of the UK's fastest-growing planning consultancies? I'm working exclusively with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who are looking to strengthen their London office with a commercially minded and passionate planner.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in leading projects, advising clients, and working closely with planning authorities and key stakeholders. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on delivery, business development, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals
Providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients (including developers, landowners, and local authorities)
Leading on project delivery and contributing to business development
Supporting the team in mentoring and developing junior plannersWhat We're Looking For:

MRTPI qualified with 4+ years of relevant planning experience
Strong understanding of the UK planning system and London-specific policy landscape
Proven experience in consultancy or local authority (private sector background preferred)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
