Senior Carer | Warwickshire | £28,000 to £31,000

Are you an experienced carer? Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing and supporting a team?

As a Senior Carer, you will have the opportunity to take on a lead role and work closely with the manager to develop and upskill the team. You will have the chance to showcase your leadership and management skills while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
Lead and manage a team of carers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a care setting
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS check
