The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless transition
from sales to service fulfilment. You will handle contract processing, compliance
checks, and supplier coordination to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality check and process contracts submitted by the sales team.
Conduct welcome and compliance calls to confirm service details with
customers.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage rejected contracts, troubleshoot issues, and source alternative
suppliers.
Raise purchase orders and confirm delivery schedules with customers.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teams to improve
processes.
Work towards monthly targets to optimise contract transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in contract management, sales support, or customer service,
ideally in commercial services or utilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
