Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager within the Counter Service/Quick Service Restaurant sector?
THE JOB:
Day to day running of a restaurant with a QSR set up.
Ensure the service standards are continually monitored and maintained.
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
Comfortable completing monthly stock count.
Weekly payroll completion an submission to the Head Office.
Staff training and development.
Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a counter service setting at a Managerial level.
Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
Ability to lead by example.
High standard on personal appearance.
THE PACKAGE:
Up to 35K per annum (experience depending)
40h per week with no evening work
5 over 7 work patterns
you will be required to work weekends.
