Private Client Solicitor                             
Canterbury, Kent | £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) | Permanent
 
An established and reputable legal practice in Kent is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
 
The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong background in handling Wills, LPA’s and Inheritance Tax Planning.
 
Key Responsibilities

Providing support with intricate estate matters, including domestic and international property and tax considerations.
Managing the preparation and administration of Wills, estates, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Delivering client-focused service, whether in the office, at their residence, or in a hospital setting.
Participating in departmental meetings and undertaking relevant training courses to ensure up-to-date expertise and skills. 
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client matters (although all levels will be considered)
Proven experience handlings wills and LPA’s
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive and confident approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility. 
What’s on Offer

Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000, dependent on experience.
Role based in Canterbury, Kent, with flexibility for 1–2 days of remote work per week (subject to agreement).
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
