Job Title: Category Development Assistant

As a Category Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving consumer-centric product innovation by delivering actionable insights and supporting all stages of new product development. You will also assist with administrative tasks and contribute to various team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and gaps in the market.

* Assist in developing customer personas and analyzing usage patterns and shopping habits.

* Support product development processes from concept to execution, including coordinating product taste tests and feedback collection.

* Monitor market dynamics, providing teams with regular updates on consumer and industry trends.

* Manage the organization and filing of project documents, ensuring accurate and accessible records.

* Provide administrative support to the Category Innovation Director on various tasks and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.

* Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Strong command of spoken and written English.
