Why This Role is Perfect for You:

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing the Home in the GM’s Absence: Ensure smooth operations when the General Manager is unavailable – your leadership will ensure continuity and stability.

* Audit & Quality Control: Work with the General Manager to set and review home standards, including ensuring monthly audits are conducted. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards that they’re known for.

* Medications & Procedures: Ensure medications are administered properly and that all procedures are followed to keep both staff and residents safe.

* Rotas & Staffing: Prepare and manage clinical staff rotas to ensure that the residents’ needs are always met. You’ll play an essential part in staffing and scheduling to keep everything running like clockwork.

* Motivating the Team: With your positive leadership, you’ll delegate responsibilities, promote teamwork, and encourage staff to always strive for excellence in everything they do.

What We’re Looking For:

* Leadership Experience: You’ll need previous management experience, ideally in the care sector, so you can hit the ground running and lead with confidence.

* Compassionate & Caring Nature: We want someone who truly cares about the residents and leads with kindness, empathy, and understanding.

* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’ll need to be able to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate records, and ensure all procedures are followed to a high standard.
