Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established company based on outskirts Haywards Heath who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant on a fulltime permanent basis.
What's in it for you:
Salary up to £25,000 - £28,000
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Plus, excellent company benefitsMain responsibilities for the Customer Service Assistant:
Answer all calls that come into the Customer Services Team
Assist customers with their query and try to help customers with questions, problems, and orders in a positive and solution driven manner
Handle any Customer Service and After Sales issues (based on training) and be decisive to give best possible solution
Managing a personal inbox for all queries, requests and orders
Overseeing sales inboxes for all brands
Answering and responding to customer service inbox emails
Liaise with sales reps for current and aftersales issues
Complete all paperwork
Take ownership and responsibility for any issues when answering the phone and follow them through to a satisfactory conclusion for the Customer
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent customer serviceSkills and experience needed to be the successful Customer Service Assistant:
Previous customer service experience
Attention to detail
Phone manner, remaining calm and professional
Taking responsibility for overseeing issues
Confident in handling customer issues
Customer focused
