An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Director to join a well-respected care provider, overseeing a small portfolio of elderly care services across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and operational support across a small group of care homes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining excellent standards of care.
Lead, mentor, and develop home managers to drive outstanding performance.
Oversee financial performance, quality assurance, and business development.
Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring person-centred care is at the heart of operations.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior operational role within the elderly care sector.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving high standards.
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification is preferred but not essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
Ability to travel across the South of England as required.What’s on Offer?
