Customer Service Advisor

£25000 - £30000 dependant on experience

Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700 ( Office based) 

I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a very well established employer who are a leader in their industry

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for responding to customer queries from incoming calls and emails.
Completing bookings
Contacting previous customers of the business
Maintaining the client database
Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all stakeholders
Maintaining current customer relationship as well as building new ones
