Business Development Manager - Entertainment Lighting
Location: Buckinghamshire | Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 DOE

Our client is a leading distributor of entertainment lighting, AV and rigging equipment, supplying some of the most sought-after brands in the industry to the events sector. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they have established a loyal client base and are now looking to expand their team.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
Manage and grow existing accounts, exceeding their expectations and needs
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events and installations
Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and showcase the latest product ranges
Key Requirements
Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
