Master Technician – Worcester – Main Dealership

Salary: Up to £49,000 OTE (depending on qualifications, experience, and skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only

Our client, a well-established main dealership in Worcester, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department. Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed on time and to the dealership's quality standards.
Keep accurate records of work carried out and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Provide exceptional customer service through high-quality workmanship.Minimum Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
At least 2 years' experience in a dealership or similar role as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician.
Full UK driving license.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Why Apply?
