Key Responsibilities:

Defining and analysing software architectures for distributed solutions, particularly in environments where communications may be limited or disrupted
Engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
Assessing and validating solutions to ensure they meet critical user needs
Eliciting and analysing customer requirements and distributing them to the engineering team
Supporting account managers in business development activities
Conducting user engagement and behavioural modelling
Performing trade studies and ensuring design and delivery assurance

Job Requirements:

Understanding of Deployed and Tactical Military Domains, including ISTAR, Communications and Information Systems (CIS), and Cyber
Knowledge of technology domains such as software applications, middleware, AI/ML, networks, data, security, and system management
Ability to apply architectural methods for effective technology solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create influence
Ability to build constructive client relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in developing software solutions consistent with specified requirements
Experience in defining robust engineering management plans and leading teams
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFE v6.0, Scrum, and Kanban
