Location: Morecambe

Job type: Permanent

Rate: £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, 42.5hours per week

Are you an experienced Paint Prepper who wants to work for an exciting, world-leading company? We are looking for a Paint Prepper who is hardworking with great attention to detail within the manufacturing industry. If you are a capable Paint Prepper then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities for a Paint Prepper:

Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking them to ensure they are free of dust, oils, or contaminants.
Inspect components for defects or damage that may affect the painting process.
Handle and prepare various materials and tools to assist in painting processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Work with precision to meet quality control standards and deadlines. 

The Paint Prepper should have the following Skills & Experience:

Experience in paint preparation or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with various hand tools and painting equipment.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a workshop environment.
