Project Safety Manager
London |£400 Per Day Outside IR35

Responsibilities of the Project Safety Manager will include:

Conducting risk assessments across the engineering infrastructure of the commercial buildings
Supporting the wider business units in the development and delivery of strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the projects function
Assessment and development of the health and safety management systems to ensure that it reflects best practice
To analyse risk across the critical working environment and then create and drive strategy to mitigate those risksThe successful Project Safety Manager will have:

Proven experience within property or the built environment, ideally from a facilities management or engineering background
Proven experience working in the built environment of which involves working with the likes of water systems, pressure pumps, HVAC and other building infrastructures.
A NEBOSH diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of a professional body (e.g. Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards)
Good working understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)This is an excellent opportunity to join an established real estate company with a long history and strong heritage.
