About The Role
Team – Sales & Distribution
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office/ Bournemouth or Stockport office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. 
We are happy to discuss flexible working! We are open to considering either location, Salary to reflect location.

Knowledge of planning and preparing presentationsWhat this role is all about:
Provide support to the Group Retention and Adviser Service Director, the broader Distribution team and on occasion, the Managing Director of Sales and Distribution.  You will need to maximise their time and effectiveness.  The role holder will operate across a range of Distribution related activities/projects, combining strategic analysis with the facilitation of meeting preparation
Key Actions

Assisting where appropriate in the strategies for Vitality’s businesses.
Preparing presentations, papers and analyses for key meetings (up to board level) and events, both internally and externally.
Preparing presentations, written notes and other material as part of the MD for Distribution and Retention’s communication strategy.
Assisting where appropriate in the delivery of strategic projects, and related analytical, modelling and research work relating to such projects.
The role is suited to an aspiring top-performer, with an entrepreneurial mind-set, and offers excellent exposure to senior executives across the organisation on an ongoing basis.This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to immerse themselves within a growing and innovative distribution team, working across a variety of levels across the business and alongside a multitude of functional teams. This role has been created as a gateway to the business and will be ideally suited to someone innovative and entrepreneurial that wants to bring about change to the world of Vitality.
What do you need to thrive?

Degree educated desirable
Significant EA Experience
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capable of working under pressure, using own initiative and with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
