About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based on either pharmaceutical or commercial projects valued around £20m - £50m. You will be joining a successful Main Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the industry. They place a strong emphasis on building a community within the workplace and collaborating to innovate together. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
Support the preparation of tenders and bids
Helping with the administration of contracts
Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimationsKey Requirements of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Live within commutable distance from Oxford
Minimum 2 years of experience at a Main Contractor working on projects valued £20m +
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking What's on offer:
