Role Requirements
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting.
* Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of care planning and abuse prevention.
Preferred Experience
* Senior Care Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, especially with dementia care.
* Additional Qualification: NVQ Level 4 or above in Adult Health and Social Care.
* Team Management: Prior experience managing a team and conducting person-centred 1:1s.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with National Care Standards Act 2000.

Daily Responsibilities
* Oversee care quality and support resident independence with dignity and respect.
* Manage daily medication rounds and ensure accurate documentation.
* Provide leadership to ensure high team performance, conduct 1:1s, and investigate concerns
