SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: West Midlands, Wolverhampton
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
Provide support and assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
Implement individualised learning plans and strategies as directed by the class teacher
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support for SEN students
Support students with personal care needs if required
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Experience:
Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training or qualifications in specific areas of SEN support
Experience working with a range of SEN conditions
Working Conditions:
Temporary position with full-time hours
Work within a school environment
May involve assisting with personal care needs of students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
