BANK Hours in a Nursing Home. (Shifts are either Days 8am to 8pm or Nights 8pm-8am)

Working in a fantastic Elderly Nursing Care Home in a great location, this is a great opportunity for those looking for additional shifts or want to pick and choose shifts where available.

About the Role:

* To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.

* To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.

* To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.

* To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.

* To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager
