Skills, Experience, and education required:
* Experience in a Customer Service role
* Ability to prioritise your own workload and work under your own initiative.
* To be adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
* To be able to work in a fast-paced varied environment and be able to work under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent level of using Microsoft office packages
Customer Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be:
* Striving to achieve performance standards for timeliness and accuracy of orders and invoicing.
* Processing all incoming sales orders from customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently.
* Reviewing back-order data to determine customer service outputs.
* Following the returns process through to refund or exchange.
* Daily contact with customers, resolving issues and handling escalated queries.
* Supporting the delivery process and liaising between logistics, sales and warehouse departments.
* Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
* Liaising with couriers and is committed to excellence in all client relationships.
* Sales order book management (enabling accurate visibility of order book/due dates
